Hog Roast
You can tell by the name this is how we started. Large or small events, private or corporate we can cater for them all. We have the experience to make your event even better. All our meat is always British and organic meat can be used if requested. Meat is served in a flowered soft bap or a freshly baked baguette.
Carvery
This is similar to the hog roast but with the added bonus of serving British beef and British pork with sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce with the pork and a creamed horse-raddish sauce with the beef served in either a fresh flowered bap or a freshly baked baguette.
Fish & Chips
Traditional fish and chips. All our fish is best quality cod freshly battered and deep fried until golden brown, with mushy peas and chips if requested. Also on the menu succulent fishcake, freshly battered sausage or quater of chicken all severed with chips if required.
Burger Grill
All our burgers are made by the same butcher who supplies us with our beef and pork and will only use quality British beef in his own recipe burgers. You can taste the difference. Also on the grill menu you will find Cumberland sausage and Lincolnshire sausage.
Jacket Potatoes
Yummy oven baked Jacket potato with a choice of hot or cold fillings. For those of you watching your waistline why not try a jacket potato with cottage cheese or if like me the waist expands with the years my favourite
is beans with grated cheddar cheese sprinkled on the top.
Baguettes & Salad
All baguettes are freshly baked on site daily with a variety of hot or cold fillings. There is nothing better than to have 3 slices of short back bacon in a freshly baked baguette for breakfast, that is how to start off the day at any event. Then at lunch have one of our cold filling baguette with a choice of fillings of ham, tuna, cheese, BLT, egg and cress or treat your self to a smoked
salmon and cream cheese baguette.
Creperie
All crepe's are freshly made to order. It may take a while to be served but it is well worth the wait with a choice of sweet savoury or liquor fillings. For those with a taste of adventure try an apple and cinnamon crepe with a drizzle of grand marnier on the top, you will be hooked.
Coffee
Freshly ground blended coffee beans to make that cappuccino, mocha or americana helps you through the morning. We also serve de-cafe coffee for those that don't need the real thing, all served from a purpose built coffee trailer.
Sausage & Steak
Once again all steaks and sausages used are British with a choice of a Cumberland ring or a Lincolnshire sausage or, still the most popular, the great British banger with at least 80% British pork. Try a succulent 4 oz Rump or my choice a 6 oz Rib eye. All are served with a choice of relishes.
